Refund Policy

At The Pinnacle Inn Sarnath, we understand that your travel plans can change. We are flexible in accommodating these changes. Below is our refund policy based on the timing of your cancellation:

Full Refund

Guests can receive a 100% refund if a cancellation is initiated at least 72 hours before the scheduled Check-In.

Partial Refund

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled Check-In, guests are entitled to a 30% refund.

Refund Timeframe

Refund process might take 7 working days to complete.

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled Check-In are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that this policy applies to bookings made directly through our hotel’s official website or reservation team. For bookings made through third-party services, guests must refer to the cancellation policies of the respective service provider.
